Sign up with your name, phone number and WhatsApp number. It takes less than 2 minutes.
Add photos, a description, your price and location. Choose between a fixed price or auction. There is no charge to list.
You'll receive a WhatsApp notification when a buyer is interested and has paid the commission deposit.
Arrange a viewing and payment directly with the buyer. Swapa does not handle delivery â this is between you and the buyer.
Once the item is sold, mark it on Swapa so the listing closes. That's it â you're done!

To unlock the seller's contact details, pay a small deposit equal to 8% of the item price via Orange Money, MyZaka, Pay2Cell or Ewallet. This is our commission.
Once your deposit is confirmed, you'll receive the seller's WhatsApp number to arrange viewing and collection.
Meet the seller, inspect the item, pay the agreed price and take it home. Delivery arrangements are between you and the seller.

Enter your bid amount â it must be higher than the current bid. You'll be notified by WhatsApp if you're outbid.
When the timer ends, the highest bidder wins. You'll receive a notification and a link to pay the commission deposit and unlock seller details.
